Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta
A rich and creamy pasta dish that combines the flavors of a bacon cheeseburger with a delicious Alfredo sauce.
Ingredients:
- 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp ketchup (optional, for a cheeseburger taste)
- 1 tbsp mustard (optional)
- ¼ cup chopped pickles (optional, for garnish)
- Chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Cook the Pasta
- Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the Bacon & Beef
- In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Prepare the Alfredo Sauce
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream, cream cheese, beef broth, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth.
- Gradually whisk in cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Combine Everything
- Add the cooked pasta, ground beef, and crumbled bacon to the sauce. Stir to coat.
- If using, mix in ketchup and mustard for extra cheeseburger flavor.
- Serve & Garnish
- Top with extra cheese, chopped pickles, and parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!
