A deliciously creamy fruit salad with a cheesecake twist, perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (or 1 cup whipped topping)
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (drained if canned)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup apple, chopped
  • ½ cup pecans or walnuts, chopped (optional, for crunch)
  • ½ cup mini marshmallows (optional, for extra sweetness)

Instructions:

  1. Make the Cheesecake Dressing
    • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
    • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
    • Whip the heavy cream separately until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture. (If using whipped topping, fold it in directly.)
