Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
- 3 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets (steamed until tender)
- 2 tbsp butter
- ½ small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika (optional)
- ½ cup crushed Ritz crackers or breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)
Instructions:

- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare the Base
