Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges
Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and packed with bold garlic and Parmesan flavors—these potato wedges are the perfect side dish or snack!
Ingredients:
- 3 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a spicy kick)
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Prepare Potatoes
- Wash and cut potatoes into wedges (leave the skin on for extra crispiness).
- Soak wedges in cold water for 20 minutes to remove excess starch, then pat dry.
- Season the Wedges
- In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Bake
- Arrange wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
- Add Parmesan & Garnish
- Sprinkle Parmesan over the hot wedges and toss lightly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes if desired.

- Serve hot with ranch, marinara, or garlic aioli for dipping.
