  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (to enhance flavor)

Instructions:

  1. Blend the Ingredients:

    • Add the frozen pineapple, coconut milk, honey, vanilla extract, and lemon juice to a high-speed blender or food processor.
  2. Process Until Smooth:

    • If it’s too thick, add a little more milk, 1 tablespoon at a time.
