Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta

A rich and creamy pasta dish that combines the flavors of a bacon cheeseburger with a delicious Alfredo sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp ketchup (optional, for a cheeseburger taste)
  • 1 tbsp mustard (optional)
  • ¼ cup chopped pickles (optional, for garnish)
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Pasta
    • Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the Bacon & Beef
    • In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
    • In the same skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Prepare the Alfredo Sauce
    • In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
    • Add heavy cream, cream cheese, beef broth, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth.
    • Gradually whisk in cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted.
  4. Combine Everything
    • Add the cooked pasta, ground beef, and crumbled bacon to the sauce. Stir to coat.
    • If using, mix in ketchup and mustard for extra cheeseburger flavor.
  5. Serve & Garnish
    • Top with extra cheese, chopped pickles, and parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!
